Jonas directs NSMP’s ministry in Haiti. He is a graduate of the S.T.E.P. seminary in Port-Au-Prince. He is the pastor of Christ Capable Church in Cayes-Jacmel, Haiti, and a former Associate Pastor at Community Church of Haiti, in Delmas. Jonas’ longtime focus has been evangelism, discipleship, and church leadership development.

Guerdie is a skilled singer and worship leader, and grew up in church as a pastor’s daughter. She mentors younger women in the church, and has also worked as a bookkeeper and school administrator. She and Jonas have three children.

Reginal is a new NSMP Ministry Partner. He grew up in Port-au-Prince, but left in 2020 to escape the violence there. He lives with his uncle in Cayes-Jacmel, close to Jonas and Guerdie. Reginal is a third-year seminary student at Hosanna Seminary in Jacmel.

Reginal’s roles at NSMP include teaching and training, event coordination, counseling and discipling believers, and writing/editing. He enjoys music, reading, soccer, and karate.

Nadine serves the Lord and NSMP by helping Guerdie with bookkeeping and ministry management. She grew up in Cap-Rouge, a mountain community where NSMP has a regular presence. Nadine has a business degree. She  accompanied Jonas and Guerdie during the earthquake relief efforts of 2021 and helped with project record-keeping. Nadine is engaged to a young pastor. She enjoys reading.

Marcly is an NSMP Ministry Partner who grew up in Jonas and Guerdie’s neighborhood. He is a high school graduate and works part time as a moto-taxi driver. He is devoted to Christ and faithfully serves Him. Marcly serves in a local church as a Sunday School teacher, youth leader, and worship leader. Marcly has traveled with Jonas and Guerdie to assist them on many of their campaigns. He is a good administrator and NSMP outreach representative to churches and new contacts.

Marcly enjoys listening to music and working with his hands.

Shannon is the President of Next Step Ministry Partners. He served as an elder and worship leader for many years at Valley Fellowship Church in Buena Vista, Colorado.

Patsy is Vice President of Next Step Ministry Partners. She served for many years as the Worship Director of Valley Fellowship Church.

Since retiring from that ministry, the Tuckers continue to minister through music to churches and ministries, and regularly play for residents of Columbine Manor in Salida, CO.

The Tuckers have traveled to Haiti many times to come alongside Haitian believers in their ministry, and have also received the Dores and other Haitians to minister with them in Colorado.
